Easy Cream Technology & Milk-Mode
The Eagle Tempo features two different display modes to speed up your workflow.
EASYCREAM DISPLAY MODE: You can select up to 9 recipes for different drinks and milk types directly from the display home screen.
COFFEE DISPLAY MODE: You can select your milk/alternative recipes by touching the steam icon one or more times.
High Volume Boiler
High volume and insulated boiler to grant high productivity for coffee and milk based drinks and to reduce energy dispersions.
Touch Screen Display
Control the brew at a glance. The touchscreen display allows the barista to read brewing information, create recipes, change settings and navigate auxiliary functions in an instant.
Steam by Wire
With two controls, purge and s team, the barista can serve exceptional cappuccinos thanks to steam-by-wire technology, delivered via the innovative steam wand that features a tangential perforated nozzle.
T.E.R.S.
Patented system T.E.R.S. (Thermal Energy Recovery system), uses the discharged water to pre-heat the incoming water through a recycling method to minimize waste.
NEO
The NEO engine uses an instant heating system with a unique insulation mechanism, that reduces not only the heat dispersion but also energy consumption. It works almost instantly, allowing only the necessary amount of water for the extraction to be heated, thus reducing energy-related costs.
